RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
SCIENTISTS, PASSIONATE PHYSICISTS AND STUDENTS may participate on the Internet Congress and yearly finals of the Congress, without hierarchical restrictions.
- Scientists are regular participants of the Congress.
- Passionate thinkers are often the creators of new ideas.
- Students are young carriers of new ideas.
APPLICATION FOR THE CONGRESS
Participation on the Internet Congress is free of charge. Registration is accomplished via e-mail address when accessing the website. For personal participation on the Final of Congress in Zagreb during the ninth month of the 2013, the participation will be determined. All necessary information about the Final of Congress for the 2013 will be presented within the current information in this menu.
SUBMISSION OF THE WORK
Every member of the Congress has a right to submit one´s own WRITTEN CONTRIBUTIONS on the Crisis, up to one card per topic, and on the New Theories of fundamental physics, up to two cards per subject.

EVALUATION OF THE WORK
- EVALUATIONS of the works on the Crisis of fundamental physics and on the New Theories are made by comments up to 700 characters per topic and are enclosed in separate menus.
- VOTING on the Crisis of fundamental physics is performed on the separate menu “Voting”.
- EVALUATION of proposals for the New Theories by participants shall be done by voting on the separate menu “Voting”.
