RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONGRESS have all the interested scientists, passionate physicists and students without restriction. Participation in the Congress is accomplished by submitting comments, voting and submitting own theory to the assessment of other participants of the Congress.
MOTIVES AND AIMS OF THE CONGRESS
In the last two centuries the greater progress of civilization has been made than in the past 10 000 years. Physicists have been the main carriers of the progress.
At the turn of the millennium there is a feeling of the coming of the great crisis in physics. There is an extreme division between technological and fundamental physics. Technological physics achieves fascinating results. The fundamental physics has not resolved the essence of any of the fundamental cosmic phenomena. One feels that there is a crisis of fundamental physics. However, every crisis has resulted in new scientific breakthroughs and the transition to the new doctrine of physics.
Beginning of the third millennium has been proclaimed as the advent of a NEW ERA. In ordinary terminology, that is appearance of the THIRD ERA OF MANKIND. Some thirty years already, intense turmoil happens, which announces the birth of a new doctrine of physics. However, some powerful barriers have been felt that prevent getting through into the new doctrine.
Enthusiasts from the HDFF initiate the aimed process of forming the doctrine of fundamental physics. Until now, breakthroughs in the science have emerged spontaneously. Extreme difficulties in getting through the current barriers lead to the cognition of a need of uniting physicists on the unique project.
This Congress initiates a permanent world process with the aim of uniting all interested intellectual resources in a unique and lasting scholarly communication. That could engage all those who are not bound by commitments to practical research projects. The Congress is of the open type and makes possible to send the works without barriers.
The special aim of the Congress is the systematic familiarization of students with the full range of open questions in physics.This would allow students, from the very beginning of the study, to get subjects for elaboration during the off-time, in accordance with the interest.
The Congress is designed on two levels: A systematic list of possible theoretical failures has been prepared for review and assessment by the participants of the Congress. Works of the participants about the crisis of f-physics and works which offer solutions.
We accept works by the participants, without limitations on issues! We are confident in the existence of viable new theories! We are sure that even untenable ideas are an incentive!
